Mission:
Our mission within Supportive Services is to enhance the lives of elderly individuals, disabled individuals and families living in low-income housing by offering a range of tailored supportive services. Through our commitment to advocacy education and holistic care, we strive to empower our clients. We do this by providing them with the tools and resources they need to overcome challenges and achieve self-sufficiency.

What We Do:

Assess service needs of residents and link them to the appropriate providers and community resources

Facilitate programs and services such as health and wellness, job training or transportation

Develop a resource directory of local social service agencies and providers

Assist residents with applications for benefits and entitlement programs

Help residents age in place and remain living independently in their own homes

Advocate for adequate, timely and cost-effective provision of services
