What Amenities Are Included?Community and computer rooms, as well as laundry facilities.

Do You Have a Pet Policy?Yes, HUD allows certain pets with restrictions.

Do You Charge Other Move-In Fees?Move-in fees are not charged in HUD PRAC properties.

How Do I Pay Rent?Rent is paid on the 1st of the month with a 5-day grace period by money orders or checks.

What’s Your Late Fee Policy?A late fee after the 5th of the month.

Is There an Application Fee?No application fee.

Do I Need a Cosigner or Guarantor?Not required.

What Changes Can I Make to My Apartment?No major changes. Generally, changes need approval and must not damage the property or drill holes in the walls.

What Are My Lease Length Options?Leases are 12 months with automatic renewal unless there are lease violations.

What's the Guest Policy?Guests are allowed, but extended stays (over 14 days) must be approved by management.

Do you offer income-based rent?Yes, rent is income-based and calculated as 30% of adjusted income.

Do you accept Housing Choice Vouchers?HUD PRAC properties don’t accept vouchers, as they are already subsidized under the HUD program.

How Do I File Maintenance Requests?Work orders can be submited in-person through the property management office or by telephone.

Will My Rent Ever Increase?Typically rent increases annually but it will always be 30% of adjusted income.

How Much Notice Must the Landlord Give Me If They Terminate or Cancel My Lease?HUD regulations require a 30-day notice for lease termination.

What Utilities Are Included in the Rent?For Senior Housing basic utilities (water, heat, electricity) are included / Family Housing (Only water is included)

How Much Notice Am I Required to Give Before Moving Out?30-day written notice is required.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
